Matt didn't get into personal training because he was always fit, healthy and sorted. He got into it because, at one point, he wasn't.
Going through a rough patch, mentally and physically, Matt found that movement was the thing that brought him back. Not a quick fix, not a program off a shelf. Just showing up, consistently, and letting his body and mind find their way back to each other.
That experience is at the core of everything MBPT does. Because Matt knows what it feels like to be out of that equilibrium. He knows what it takes to get back to it. Strong body, clear mind. Both tracking. Both supported.
He became a trainer because he wanted to give that to other people. To create a space where people can do the same thing, whatever their version of that looks like.
